Responsibilities and Duties
Answer incoming and make outgoing calls to resolve client issues
Provide customer service and merchant support according to client’s needs
Troubleshoot technical problems with point of sale devices
Implement customer retention strategies
Assist merchants with device activation and account setup
Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of PCI DSS standards is an asset
Patient, friendly, and empathetic.
Must be knowledgeable and helpful while maintaining a positive attitude
Proven problem-solving skills
Able to multitask and stay organized
Good work ethic and professional attitude
Punctual and reliable
Fluent spoken and written English, bilingualism an asset
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer service experience directly related to the merchant services industry or payment processing industry is a definate ++

Salary is dependent on experience directly related to our industry.
Salary up to $40 000.00/annual
