Are you a warm an welcoming person, a team player with a professional attitude? The receptionist is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications:
· Adjusts and is flexible to meet changing work needs and demands.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
· Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Hours of work: 2 Week Rotation
- WEEK 1: MONDAY – FRIDAY, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- WEEK 2: TUESDAY – THURSDAY, 10:00 AM TO 7:00 PM, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM
