Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in posting job openings on various recruitment platforms and job boards.
- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule initial phone screenings with selected candidates.
- Prepare and send out offer letters, contracts, and company policies to new hires.
- Organize and schedule onboarding meetings, ensuring new employees and contractors are fully integrated into the company.
- Create and implement recruitment initiatives to attract top talent and improve the standards for both contractors and employees.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support general HR administrative tasks as needed, including responding to employee inquiries, maintaining HR databases, and updating job descriptions.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in-progress; a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR role, particularly in recruitment and onboarding, is a plus.
- Familiarity with job posting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
