C&C Insurance is a busy brokerage focused on customer service and attention to detail. We are currently looking to expand our team on a part-time basis.
This job-posting requires a flexible schedule (guaranteed 2 full days with opportunity for 3 full days per week).
Consideration may be given for Full-Time work if the applicant is a good-fit after probationary period.
Availability to work on Saturday's (9-5PM) is also preferred.
Job Information:
The candidate selected for this position will be carrying out work including, but not limited to the following:
- Assisting with ICBC transactions and related duties such as batching, inventory management, and following up on renewals
- Assisting with Personal Lines inquiries, renewals, and follow-ups (House, Condo, Tenant, and Travel Insurance)
- Educating customers by providing the correct insurance product for their needs
- Data entry, scanning, filing, and collating using our Applied Epic Software
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties
- Any other job-related tasks as required by management
- Assisting with handling various Commercial Lines Inquiries and requests from producers
Schedule
- 8 hour shift between Monday through Saturday
- Flexible schedule
- Part-Time with opportunity for Full-Time Employment
- Work Saturdays as required
Education
- Secondary School
- Level 1 Insurance License (we will assist with licensing/examination and associated costs)
Experience
- Data entry
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience in the Insurance Industry with Applied Epic/Policycenter considered an asset
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
Language
- Ability to communicate in Korean (Strongly Preferred)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
