We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Career Enrollment Consultant (Admissions & Sales) to join our team. This role is vital in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, promoting our educational programs, and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to enrollment completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to motivate and inform potential students about our offerings. This is not a customer service role.
This is a consultative sales role where success is measured by your ability to build relationships, understand career goals, and convert qualified prospects into enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new inquiries within a timely manner
- Conduct discovery and consultation calls with prospective students
- Understand each prospect's background, career goals, and challenges
- Recommend suitable training programs based on individual needs
- Explain program structure, schedules, fees, and learning outcomes
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Follow up consistently with prospective students
- Maintain accurate notes and updates within the CRM
- Track and manage your pipeline effectively
- Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets
- Participate in sales training and team meetings

Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, enrollment, education consulting, career counseling, recruitment, or business development
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong listening and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable conducting phone and virtual consultations
Self-motivated and target-driven
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Experience using CRM systems is an asset
Experience in education, training, immigration consulting, staffing, or consultative sales is highly desirable
