What is the opportunity?
The Enterprise Partnerships team is hiring a Partnerships Enablement Analyst. You will play an important strategic role in the enterprise-wide development and roll-out of key sales and relationship-management processes and reporting practices. You will also own key aspects of the sales enablement practice which includes creating and tracking against metrics and executive-level reporting.
What will you do?
Work alongside the manager, partnerships operations, to understand unique business partnership processes and needs across RBC and recommend and implement new operational processes as needed.
Own the Salesforce user adoption journey and continuously evaluate and improve the system by working one on one with stakeholders across the organization as well as delivering training and workshops to groups of users.
Manage internal Salesforce user feedback and requests and implement structural changes to the Partner Solutions Salesforce Org, including some process automation.
Cater to unique team needs while maintaining an enterprise mindset and encouraging a synergistic approach to operations across all RBC businesses.
Use data and insights to create compelling reports and presentations that tell the team’s story as it pertains to progress and successes.
What do you need to succeed?
1-2 years’ demonstrated experience working with Salesforce as an administrator.
Knowledge of the structure and operations of a financial institution.
Possesses a process-oriented and analytical mindset.
Proven ability to both think big picture strategy and roll-up-your sleeves to deliver. Must be an enthusiastic, well-organized self-starter able to show initiative and adapt to change.
Strong ability to work in a collaborative, supportive way across the organization but also comfort in working independently and without structure to achieve results.
Ability to influence peers and partners at all levels through socialization and securing alignment to your vision and recommendations.
Experience as a Salesforce developer.
Experience as part of a sales team.
University degree in operations, marketing or other related field.
Experience driving / supporting change in a large organization.
