Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and accurately process customer orders using POS systems, including cash handling.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and maintain a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Food Safe Certificate
- Serving it Right Certificate
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.25-$20.58 per hour
