What you’ll do to be successful…

Mine and Aggregate Data: Mine, organize and analyze data from different data sources (SAP, Amazon and Google Analytics) to provide reporting, actionable intelligence, and strategic insights related to targeting and segmentation. Create and manage key data pipelines to ingest, clean, aggregate, and integrate data.

Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in identifying and developing business solutions using insights from data and algorithms. Assist with data-driven decisions related to ad spend, inventory management, product development, sales and marketing by providing analytics and data mining expertise.

Analyze and Produce Reports: Conduct ad hoc data analyses, build reports and present insights using visualization software. Analyze and optimize PPC ad spend on Amazon, Facebook, Google and other platforms to maximize ROAS and achieve growth objectives.

What you’ll bring to be successful …

Experience: 2 years’ experience in Analytics or in a similar role.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data-oriented programming languages such as SQL, Python and R, visualization software (e.g. Google Data Studio, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager. Experience with digital marketing (SEM, SEO, social analytics) and integrating with APIs such as Facebook and Amazon. Applied machine learning and AI techniques are an asset.

Analytical Skills: Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to resolve complex mathematical, algorithmic, and statistical problems. Driven to learn, research and improve analytics skillset.

Presentation Skills: Proven ability to organize and present data in an impactful and coherent way. Well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

High Attention to Detail: Attentive to detail with an eye for subtleties in complex systems.

Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent in Arts or Science, with an emphasis on Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or an analysis-driven discipline.
