Reports To: Lodge Manager
Location: Tweedsmuir Park Lodge, Remote (shift work)
Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off (approximately), 10hrs/ a day
Terms: Seasonal Full-Time (June-October)

Bella Coola Heli Sports operates in the glaciated wilderness of BC’s central coast. We provide world-class skiing in the winter and connect our guests with incredible wilderness adventures in the summer. Our summer operation at Tweedsmuir Park Lodge welcomes travellers to the Great Bear Rainforest, offering an all-inclusive wilderness experience with guided adventures such as river drifts, alpine hikes, cultural experiences, and exceptional wildlife viewing. The on-site Split Rock Restaurant also serves both lodge guests and walk-in visitors, featuring locally inspired cuisine with much of its produce sourced from nearby farms.

We are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented individuals who bring energy, professionalism, and genuine care for guests to everything they do. Our Housekeeping team is hands-on and dynamic, focusing on guest accommodations, laundry, and whatever the day may bring. This is a physically active role that requires adaptability, strong teamwork, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. With a professional yet personable spirit, the Housekeeping team plays a key role in delivering authentic, memorable lodging experiences and ensuring that every guest accommodation is spotless, inviting, and thoughtfully prepared.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Housekeeping:
- Conduct daily housekeeping of guest accommodations, with attention to detail and urgency
- Straighten the guest’s belongings, and show thoughtful attention to how you leave the space
- Maintain guest privacy/discretion when tidying up guest space
- Lead the cleaning/flipping of all staff rooms and spaces as needed, while upholding the company’s outlined standards
Laundry:
- Ensure daily upkeep of all laundry facilities (guest and staff)
- Manage inventory responsibly
- Maintain an exceptionally organized, consistent, and clean space
Operational Support and Team Collaboration:
- Work as part of a cohesive team—communicating needs, offering assistance, and maintaining shared responsibilities.
- Follow daily schedules with flexibility, understanding that roles often overlap in a small, dynamic lodge environment.
Qualifications
A Must
- Exceptional work ethic
- Highly self motivated, driven and able to work alone or in a team
- Detail oriented
- Physically fit (must be able to lift 30 lbs comfortably)
- Driver's license
- Ability to work away from home and work long hours on your feet
- Applicants must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred
- Experience in the remote lodge industry
- Enthusiasm for the outdoors
