Salary Range: $13.00/hr to $15.00/hr

Goals & Outcomes:
The Admin Assistant – Service Dept. will schedule the activities of the service technicians to maximize productivity, while assuring prompt and effective service to customers.

Essential Functions:
Prioritize incoming service calls and coordinate the dispatch of technicians.
Stay in touch with service technicians to schedule inspections, service work and follow up work.
Follows up and schedules preventative maintenance service appointments.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to achieve satisfaction.
Conduct follow up calls with customers to track and ensure projects are completed satisfactorily.
Reviews service work orders for accuracy and follow-up.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Assist with administrative projects as needed.
Requirements

Experience working in an office setting
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Education:
At a minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:
2-3 years experience in a dynamic work environment
