The selected candidate will be working Tuesdays to Saturdays 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. DUTIES: The successful candidate will:
- Organize schedule of deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and operability of delivery truck
- Keep parts department up to date on delivery schedule
- Help maintain the professional appearance of the Parts Department by basic upkeep of the parts truck ensuring cleanliness and tidiness, along with helping keep the department in a presentable manner at all times.
- Complete stock orders and daily orders, Process parts invoices and collect payment.
- Help organize monthly obsolescence parts return
- Work independently and as a team in a fast pace, high stress environment
- Perform general shipping/receiving and shelving duties
- Ensure that outgoing orders are properly packed, labeled and accurately shipped
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Maintain files and records of shipping/receiving documents
- Must have Quorum/Reynolds Parts experience (1YR)
- Must have Snap-On EPC experience (1YR)
QUALIFICATIONS: The Successful candidate will have:
- Class 5 Driver license
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently on their own
- Fluency in English
- The ability to lift 60lbs repeatedly
