Snapshot of the Position
At Colemans, we delight in providing our guests with the highest quality product. We are seeking a skilled individual with strong communication skills. The responsibilities of this position would involve using and maintaining the cash register and performing some store office work.
What You’ll Do
- Perform cashier duties as required
- Perform facets of store office work including ring offs, balancing cashier floats, cash reports, and banking
- Ensure all cashiers maintain company standards in areas of cash management including cash reporting, ringing off deposits and customer service
- Assist in payroll processing
- If necessary, plan and develop work schedule for cashiers for maximum utilization of time and resources
- Train new cashiers
- Provide support to the store management team
- Other tasks as assigned by Store Management

- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Rate
$16.35 – $17.69 per hour
Hours of Work
32+ hours per week; days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

- Previous cashier experience is not essential, but preferred
- Must have excellent people skills, strong oral communication skills, and the ability to motivate staff
What Will Stand Out
Graduation from high school with some experience in preparing cash reports, ringing off deposits, scheduling staff, training cashiers, supervising cashiers and maintaining good customer service; or any equivalent combination of experience and training
