Job Description

As a Barn Operator you will be working with team members in egg collection, completing general barn duties which involves feeding and bedding, maintaining and washing barn and all equipment, as well as handling and loading birds.

Your Profile

  • No experience required, full training is provided
  • Must have own transportation to and from work
  • Ability to handle moderate to heavy physical work
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; work under pressure

What We Offer You

  • Pay $16.78 - $18.00 per hour to start (based on work experience), with semi-annual pay increases
  • Benefits for full-time employees (Health, Dental, RRSP, etc.)
  • 42.5 hours per week on day shift, some weekend work required (Part-time opportunities are also available, please contact us for more information)
