BitTrust Inc. is looking for a smart, reliable, and highly capable person to join our team full-time.
This role is mainly focused on customer service, teller-style client service, computer work, and branch support. The employee will help serve clients professionally, handle daily office tasks, and support the business whenever there is free time.
This is not a one-task-only job. At BitTrust, when the branch is not busy, team members are expected to stay productive and help improve the business through research, marketing, client follow-up, admin work, and other side tasks assigned by management.

Main Responsibilities
Customer Service / Teller Duties
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and respectful manner
- Provide customer service at the branch
- Help clients with service requests and basic transaction support
- Answer phone calls, messages, and client inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Follow company procedures and instructions carefully
- Record information accurately when required
- Support daily branch operations
Computer & Office Work
- Use Excel sheets and company records properly
- Perform calculations carefully using a calculator and computer tools
- Type accurately and work efficiently with keyboard/computer systems
- Enter, organize, and update information
- Prepare simple reports when required
- Follow up with clients and keep notes organized
- Help with basic admin tasks and documentation
Business Support During Free Time
When the branch is not busy, the employee is expected tostay active and productive. Extra tasks may include:
- Researching competitors, services, markets, and business opportunities
- Helping with marketing ideas and local promotion
- Following up with past clients and potential clients
- Supporting social media, advertising, and customer outreach
- Calling or messaging clients when assigned
- Helping improve branch operations and customer experience
- Organizing files, lists, spreadsheets, and reports
- Supporting different side tasks assigned by management
- Helping the business grow instead of waiting with no task
