The Dairy Team Lead will be responsible for the overall operations of the Dairy Department to improve customer service, program execution and department profitability. Along with the overall management of store standards, implementation and adherence to company programs, policies and procedures, and other management related activities.
Reporting to the Department Leaders, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Job Overview
- Bring a positive attitude every day
- Load and unload products
- Manage a team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Product merchandising; New product/program execution
- Run it like it’s your business
- Review invoices to verify products, pricing, and quantity of items received
- Maintain organization of dairy products
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Department Leaders
Street Credentials
- You have an impeccable level of cleanliness, attention to detail and organization
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to shifting priorities
- You are highly self-motivated and work well under minimal supervision
- You possess strong customer service skills
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You work well with others in a high-pressure environment
- You have 1+ years of experience working in a Dairy Department or related field preferred
- You can work on your feet up to 8 hours in a day
- Can lift, push or pull up to a maximum of 40 lbs
- You have a valid work authorization (i.e., work permit, student permit, PR) in Canada
