Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financing related to a retail vehicle sale, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working closely with our sales team to maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financing process for automobile sales, including loan applications, approvals, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure favorable financing options for customers.
- Analyze customer credit reports and financial data to determine appropriate financing solutions.
- Present financing options to customers, explaining terms, conditions, and benefits clearly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations related to automotive financing.
- Train and support sales staff on financing procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of financing programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding financing options and payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail finance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financing products and services in the automotive industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
