Assignment:
- Full-time 1.0 FTE Temporary replacement Educational Assistant position
- Supporting and assisting students with complex needs within an Elementary classroom and one-on-one with a student in Grade 8

Role can be modified based on the successful candidates areas of strength
- Duties to commence September 24, 2026 and will continue until November 20, 2026 with the possibility of extension
Qualifications and/or Assets:
- Experience working with students with complex needs
- Knowledge of speech and behavior modification strategies would be considered an asset
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality
- Calm and patient approach to solving problems
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented learning environment
- Ability to work one on one with a student in an inclusive environment
- Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant would be considered an asset
