KeyDuties &Responsibilities:
- Lead our kitchen team with creativity and expertise, ensuring exceptional food quality during regular service and special events.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Mentor and inspire your team, cultivating a culture of growth, respect, and collaboration.
- Conduct regular training to enhance team skills and keep up with culinary innovations.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control efficiently to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
- Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, focusing on food quality, kitchen efficiency, and staff training.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards for a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
- Stay on top of industry trends and incorporate new ideas to continually enhance our culinary offerings and guest satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Culinary Leader: You have 2+ years of experience managing a kitchen, with a proven ability to succeed in a high-volume environment.
- Culinary Enthusiast: Your deep love for Mexican cuisine shines through in your work, bringing authenticity and innovation to every dish.
