Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility support.
- Support safe transfers using mechanical lifts, ceiling lifts, and other mobility equipment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Assist with light housekeeping and homemaking duties.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental health conditions.
- Encourage participation in daily activities and promote independence whenever possible.
- Collaborate with Care Managers and healthcare professionals to ensure quality client care.
- Support clients receiving palliative and end-of-life care with dignity and compassion.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, infection control, quality assurance, and client confidentiality.

Qualifications
Required:
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle for community visits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Health Care Aide (HCA) Certification
- Food Safe Certificate
- Experience supporting clients with:
Dementia and Alzheimer's disease
Complex care needs
Mobility challenges
Palliative care requirements
Pay: $22.00-$28.07 per hour
