Established in 2022 Maskunow Construction commenced operations as a granular surfacing crew and in 2023 expanded into the highway paving industry, and into the seal coat industry in 2024. We are looking for someone with extensive road building experience who takes pride in their work. Travel is required throughout Saskatchewan during the summer road construction season.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience operating heavy equipment.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures.
- Pre-site access testing (including Marijuana) is required.
Responsibilities
- You have a key role in building the granular portion of roads and highways.
- Operate equipment productively, efficiently and within limitations
- Work well with others
- Fuel logs, inspections, report maintenance or damage

Typical daily work period is 12 or 13 hours. Shifts are usually 10 on, 4 off with long weekends off. In addition to paying a living allowance (LOA), we will provide accommodations. If you have your own camper, we will provide you with additional compensation. Overtime is paid after 8 hours per day.
