Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all restaurant staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen personnel
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and handling regulations
- Coordinate food service operations to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Lead team management efforts, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health codes and safety standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality, and excellent service
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally to uphold the restaurant’s reputation
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Extensive restaurant management experience with leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the food industry
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles within a restaurant environment

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
