## Job Summary
Little Nepal Cuisine in Regina, SK is hiring TWO experienced Indian and Tandoor cooks to prepare authentic tandoori dishes, including naan and kebabs. Must be skilled in operating tandoor ovens and marinating ingredients.
## Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
- Ensure that food is stored and handled properly
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices and food safety required.
## Experience
- Previous 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
