Tri County Ford is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Technician Apprentice to join our service team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced Journeyman Technicians to gain hands-on training, expand your mechanical knowledge, and build a rewarding career in the automotive dealership industry.
Key Responsibilities

Assist certified technicians with diagnostic tests, routine maintenance, and mechanical repairs.

Perform basic automotive services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid flushes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with dealership and safety standards.

Learn and apply Ford diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical procedures.

Complete required technical training modules and work toward completing your apprenticeship hours/certification.
Qualifications & Requirements

Driver's License: Must hold a valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record.

Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Skills: Strong communication, time-management skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environment.

Experience: Previous dealership or shop experience is preferred, but entry-level applicants with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
