Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic maintenance services efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical skills in automotive repair within a professional dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes using appropriate hand tools and power tools
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and fluid top-offs
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and battery checks
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in accordance with dealership standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed and recommended maintenance
- Uphold dealership policies and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Prior dealership experience or mechanic experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) as needed
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Basic sales skills to recommend additional services when appropriate
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
