You'll lead a team of technicians while remaining involved in the day-to-day operation of the department, driving preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement across a busy manufacturing site.

The Role:

Lead and develop a small team of maintenance technicians

Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities

Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement

Support production through effective maintenance planning
The Person:

Previous maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing

Hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance background

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Commutable to Brampton
