Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse teams, customers, and stakeholders to optimize equipment and freight movement. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring accurate reporting, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Role: Customer Service Representative | White Glove Division
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:-
Partner with departments, terminals, and customers to address and eliminate barriers in equipment and freight movement.

Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting, volume forecasting, and scorecard updates.

Schedule and confirm pick-up and delivery appointments.

Conduct data entry with precision and attention to detail.

Maintain and update customer portals to reflect current and accurate information.

Respond proactively to customer needs, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Proficiencies:-
Familiarity with the TruckMate System is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create detailed reports in Word and Excel.

Strong typing and general computer skills.
