Job Overview:
This role involves delivering precise asphalt paving and maintenance estimates by utilizing Black Tar's established systems under the guidance of our Sales Coach (manager). The successful candidate will provide high-quality quotes to customers, addressing any questions and concerns regarding their projects with clarity and expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Employ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to log essential information while preparing quotes for potential clients.
- Present and elucidate quotes to customers accurately, ensuring a clear understanding of our services and the value we offer.
- Direct specific customer inquiries to the Sales Coach for expert advice and resolution.
- Participate actively in training sessions and respond to customer queries promptly via email and text, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Uphold the company’s culture by maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure punctuality for all appointments and engage in door-to-door sales activities to generate new leads as needed.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly in accordance with company policies.
- Execute additional duties as delegated by management to support the team and contribute to our goals.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Valid G2 (minimum) License
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and confident.
- Ability to work outdoors in different types of weather conditions.
- Enthusiastic and positive.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
