Location: The Beautiful city of Guelph, ON Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Pay: $32–$40/hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do
- Conduct antenatal care visits
- Perform childhood immunizations and well-baby checks (Rourke Baby Record)
- Support routine follow-up for diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, and other chronic disease management.
- Conduct health screenings and vaccination check-ups.
- Help with IM, SC Injections, Ear Syringing, and Vitals.
What You'll Need
- Current, unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RPN)
- Experience in primary care, maternal/child health, or chronic disease management preferred
- 2+years of experience in primary care since graduation.
- Comfort working within an interdisciplinary primary care team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
