Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Home Daycare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves providing attentive caregiving, facilitating developmental activities, and ensuring the well-being of every child in our care.
Duties
- Supervise and monitor children’s activities to ensure safety and engagement
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
- Prepare nutritious snacks and meals in accordance with dietary guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences
- Assist children with personal care routines such as diapering, dressing, and hygiene
- Follow all safety protocols and licensing regulations to ensure a secure setting
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through positive interactions
- Keep detailed records of children's activities, developmental milestones, and health information
Skills
- Experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Strong teaching skills to facilitate learning through play and structured activities
- Compassionate caregiving skills with patience and understanding
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
- Organizational skills to manage daily routines and maintain documentation effectively

Pay: $700.00-$1,100.00 per week
