Responsibilities

- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information accurately
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
- Engage in business development activities to expand market reach and identify new sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings and stay informed with sales strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, B2B sales, preferably within related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English is a plus
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales processes
- Experience using CRM platforms for managing customer interactions
- Knowledge of marketing principles and business development strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, demonstrate product value, and influence decision-makers
