DermEffects Cosmetic & Laser Clinic is seeking a polished, friendly, and professional Part-Time Cosmetic Receptionist to join our growing medical aesthetics team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, skincare, and exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will help create a warm, welcoming, and elevated clinic experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly
- Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Process payments and assist with checkout
- Support cosmetic retail and skincare product sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with patient follow-ups and administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively with the cosmetic and medical team
Qualifications
- Previous reception, customer service, cosmetic, retail, or medical office experience is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and patient care
