Duties:
- Provide professional hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations based on their hair type and face shape
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to offer clients innovative and fashionable hairstyles
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use
- Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting clients
- Participate in retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products to clients
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, styles, and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using hair styling tools and equipment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
