We're a land investment business doing $3 to 4 million a year with a two-person team. That works because almost everything runs on an automation backend we built: Notion, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Slack, and custom AI tools wired together. We need someone to own that system and make it better.
What you'd do:
- Keep every workflow and AI tool running and connected
- Find and fix what breaks, fast, before it costs us a deal
- Rebuild clunky processes into simple ones that work
- Take problems straight from the owners and solve them on your own
We train you in person around Windsor-Essex County (Amherstburg, LaSalle, Windsor, etc.) for the first couple of months, then shift to hybrid.
What we're looking for:
- Resourceful to a fault. You get around walls without being shown how
- Sharp attention to detail
- Genuinely drawn to AI and how it works. Hands-on with Claude is a plus
- You turn messy problems into simple solutions
- You own your work end to end
A computer science, mechanical, or systems engineering background is a strong signal (but not mandatory if you meet the requirements). So is a track record of building things on your own. We care about what you can do, not what's on paper.
This is an independent contractor role. You invoice us and handle your own taxes. No employee benefits attached.
