About us
Peakflow Digital is the platform behind a range of direct-to-consumer healthcare brands. We give D2C healthcare companies the software and services they need to launch and scale, and we run the full prescription journey on their behalf, from customer intake and physician review through to pharmacy fulfillment and delivery. Traffic acquisition is part of what we handle for our partners, and that is where this role sits.
About the role
We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to help our business and partners grow and to improve the path customers take from their first click through to conversion. If you enjoy getting into the traffic data and finding the levers that actually move results, this is a role where that work has a direct effect on the business.
Day to day, you will source and manage the external traffic partners who send us patients, measure how well their traffic performs, and run tests to improve each step of the funnel. As a startup, the role is broad by nature. You'll partner closely with stakeholders and the work you do will have a direct and measurable impact on the business
What you'll do
- Map, monitor, and continuously optimize the customer journey from external click through to conversion, identifying where people drop off and why.
- Track the performance of our external traffic partners (volume, quality, conversion rate, and return) and make calls on who to scale, who to coach, and who to cut.
- Source, vet, and onboard new external traffic partners, evaluating both the quality and the compliance of their traffic.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B split tests across funnels and messaging.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product Development to surface friction points and turn ideas into funnel improvements.
- Report on partner performance and test results so the whole team knows what's working.
What we're looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled at building rapport and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with partners.
- A logical, structured approach to solving problems.
- Sharp analytical instincts and confident working in spreadsheets.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with ownership and with the ambiguity of an early-stage company.
- Experience in optimization or another data-driven field.
Nice to have
- Experience in telehealth or marketing vertical.
- Familiarity with tracking, attribution, and analytics systems.
- Experience working with or managing external traffic, affiliate, or media-buying partners.
- Hands-on experience with designing and analyzing experiments.
