Position Overview
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the short-to-medium-term scheduling of maintenance work packages. You bridge the gap between Fleet Specialist forecasting and daily hangar execution, ensuring that all 704, and 705 maintenance requirements are planned with the necessary parts, labor, and tooling in place.
Position Highlights
- Work Package Preparation: Develops detailed maintenance work packages (A, B, and C checks) including all ADs, SBs, and deferred maintenance items.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinates with the Stores department to ensure all required parts and kits are staged prior to aircraft arrival.
- Schedule Optimization: Maintains the maintenance calendar to align with Flight Operations requirements, minimizing impacts on the charter schedule.
- Capacity Planning: Evaluates manpower requirements for upcoming projects and alerts the Manager, Maintenance Operations of any resource gaps.
- Documentation Flow: Ensures that all task cards are issued and closed within the maintenance tracking system (RAAS).
Experience and Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Aviation Maintenance or Operations Management.
- Experience: 3-5 years in aviation maintenance planning or as a Lead AME in a 704/705 environment.
- Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in maintenance tracking software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of CARs regarding maintenance intervals and scheduling.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
