As a Skilled Renovation Specialist, you will execute a wide range of construction and restoration tasks, ensuring each project meets safety standards, client expectations, and our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute renovation plans.
- Operate construction machinery and conduct underpinning.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and concrete finishing.
- Install cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and other custom features with precision.
- Conduct masonry work including bricklaying and concrete forming to reinforce structures or create new features.
- Perform restoration tasks such as drywall repair, painting, caulking, plumbing repairs, electrical wiring adjustments, and masonry work to restore or upgrade existing structures.
- Measure surfaces accurately for flooring installation or tile laying projects; ensure proper alignment and finish quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols; operate heavy equipment responsibly during site preparation or material handling.
- Collaborate with project managers to estimate materials needed and assist in construction estimating processes.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly by applying technical knowledge of schematics and construction principles to find effective solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or renovation roles with a strong understanding of building techniques and safety standards.
- Must have experience in doing underpinning and operating machines.
- Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for diverse renovation projects.
- Hands-on experience with carpentry, drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, welding, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation including forklifts or excavators is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and concrete finishing processes.
- Ability to accurately estimate project materials and labor requirements for cost-effective planning.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
