Overview
We are seeking a skilled Spray Foam Technician to join our construction team. This role involves applying spray foam insulation to enhance energy efficiency and building integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, familiarity with hand tools, and the ability to read blueprints. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety consciousness are essential for success in this position. Prior experience with caulking and other related tasks is a plus.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces and areas for spray foam application according to project specifications
- Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently to apply insulation materials
- Use hand tools and caulking equipment to seal gaps and ensure proper insulation coverage
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute insulation plans
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and fitting foam materials as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed during application
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or insulation installation preferred
- Knowledge of caulking, hand tools, and spray foam equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work execution
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Safety-conscious mindset with the ability to follow safety guidelines at all times
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods during work shifts
- Prior experience or familiarity with <PERSON> is advantageous but not required
Pay: $1,000.00-$2,000.00 per week
