Name and description of the hiring department:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Community Investment, the Program Coordinator, Community Investment will support projects related to Bell’s philanthropic initiatives, such as Bell’s mental health initiative and charitable giving programs. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and execution of programs, on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator will also produce, compile, and prepare financial reports in accordance with accounting principles, audit, and legal requirements. Financial data is required to be delivered within established timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:
Provide single point of contact, responsible for end to end delivery of projects
Coordinate and prioritize project deliverables and partner with various stakeholders
Assist in communications (internal and external) around those programs
Create documentation and track progress using project management methodology
Attends meetings/conference calls with customers and all stakeholders to review and ensure project progress.
Perform administrative activities to support the Community Investment team
Produce financial reports and spreadsheets for internal and external parties, including auditors

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
College or bachelor degree (administration, marketing, communication or equivalent)
2-3 years experience in a similar role
Ability to communicate effectively verbally with internal and/or external customers
Strong written skills
Ability to work collaboratively with extended team members, external partners, suppliers, etc.
High level of discretion in handling confidential information
Ability for problem solving
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint

Working Conditions:
37.5 working hours per week

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
