As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Driller/Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate drilling equipment with precision, ensuring safety and accuracy on each project.
- Safely operate Excavators and Skid Steers on various job sites.
- Lead and guide crew members, ensuring efficient and effective job execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subtrades, representing the company with professionalism.
- Adhere to and promote a strong culture of health and safety, both on and off the work site.
- Pay close attention to detail to meet project specifications and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Driller/Operator, with expertise in operating Excavators and Skid Steers.
- 1A or 5G Driver Classification.
- Solid understanding of health and safety practices in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills for maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subtrades.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
