We are looking for a grounded, kind, and reliable individual to join our team at Tranquility. As a Wellness Experience Facilitator, you play an essential role in supporting both our clients and our practitioners by helping create a calm, welcoming, and intentional environment.
This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, teamwork, and meaningful work, and who takes pride in caring for details that support a deeply personalized wellness experience.
About the Role
You’ll support the day-to-day flow of the clinic, helping ensure each client feels cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Your work behind the scenes directly contributes to the quality of our treatments and the overall sense of ease within the space.
Services you’ll facilitate include float therapy, infrared sauna sessions, and other holistic wellness offerings.
A Day in the Life
A typical shift may include opening or closing the clinic, welcoming clients into the space, preparing rooms for upcoming treatments, and ensuring everything flows smoothly throughout the day. You may spend time folding fresh linens, resetting float rooms with care, checking in on water quality, assisting clients with questions, and supporting your teammates as needs arise. The pace is steady and intentional, with moments of quiet focus and moments of connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and support clients with warmth, presence, and professionalism, helping create a peaceful and restorative experience
- Assist with booking appointments, answering phones, and processing payments with clarity and care
- Prepare and reset wellness service rooms between sessions with attention to cleanliness, flow, and intention
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure treatments run smoothly
- Facilitate float therapy, sauna and cold plunge services, including water chemistry maintenance and overall equipment care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and serene clinic environment throughout the day
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth transitions, flexibility in scheduling, and mutual support
- Help uphold the clinic’s values of respect, non-judgment, and personalized care for every client
Long-Term Team Fit
While this role may begin part-time, we are looking for someone interested in becoming a consistent and trusted member of our team. We value reliability, open communication, and a willingness to grow with the clinic. For the right person, this position offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding of holistic wellness, build meaningful connections, and be part of a supportive, values-driven workplace.
Who This Role Is For
This position is well suited for a student or someone with a flexible schedule. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We’re looking for someone who is dependable and proactive, but also calm, adaptable, and comfortable working in a quiet, wellness-focused setting.

- Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs (e.g., salt for float tanks)
