About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Greenhouse Workers. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks in varying conditions. Please note that this role can be very labor-intensive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily greenhouse operations, including planting and packing.
- Handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain attention to detail while performing physically demanding tasks.
Work Conditions: This role involves working both inside a greenhouse and outdoors, where temperatures and weather conditions may vary throughout the day.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs continuously.
- Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Schedule:
- Position begins in October and is approximately a 6 week position
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $15.90-$16.25 per hour
