Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in early childhood education. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, while also supporting their developmental needs. Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Assist children with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall goals of the childcare program.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting.
- Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong teaching skills and the ability to engage children in educational activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
