The Opportunity

We are seeking a strong administrative professional who will be responsible for providing support to the IT Planning function and a team of 5 IT Directors. This role supports these functions by delivering administration, information sharing and periodic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative support responsibilities including:
Ordering and management of IT supply budget
Coordination of resource seating plans
Ad hoc general administrative support (i.e: organizing meetings and events, expense reports) to a team of 5 IT Directors
Invoice Processing
Divisional IT financial tracking and reporting
IT/Project Resource Tracking
IT Planning reporting to support divisional IT planning

Qualifications:
Education: College diploma (typically between one and two year program) or equivalent experience

Work Experience: Experience where the position focus included coordination and communication with multiple organizational levels. Must have demonstrated a high attention to detail and organization, strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently, but looking to join a fast paced team

Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Language Skills: Bilingualism is considered an asset, but is not mandatory

Communication: Posses superior communication skills (written, listening) and delivers information clearly and confidently. Demonstrates the ability to tailor information and delivery to suit the nature of the material, audience and situation
