PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide financial analysis and coordination for the Finance Business Partners who support the Commercial Directors and Leadership Team members for Consumer Healthcare Canada.

OPEX Tracking Current and Planning: Update OPEX Tracker with latest month overheads spend, prepare file with month end actual and lock in OPEX Tracker for CMF Reporting
Prepare OPEX upload file for CMF into BI
Prepare OPEX tracker for planning purposes
Manage growth % on OPEX and submit as per the corporate calendar for CMF, 3-1 Plan, LE.
Create IAF forms for intercompany charges and initiate JE via Cadency
Reconcile Accounts
Update and provide cost centre report to cc owners.
Hold Quarterly meeting with cc owners to review Actual and Forecast
Prepare journal entries for corrections/adjustments for OPEX (ARI,Sunlife,W&D, T&E, Pension,Blue Box, Memberships)
Prepare journal entries for accruals and reclasses based on monthly Ashfield spend and invoices
Create PO Requisition for OPEX as per request (ARI, Sunlife,Blue Box, Pension,UPS)
Support Samples process reviewing the cost center and analyzing changes
Provide ZBB variance analysis and comments for ZBB savings for OPEX. Take necessary corrective actions such as reclass of actuals, set up a meeting with the team to review and align on ZBB comments before sending to US, coordinate with team on any additional request back from US
Update Cost centre owner in SAP and create new cc's via DCF Forms
Track YTD Actual for PLL and partner with PM to ensure alignment on budget and spend
Create financial analysis for brand project (e. g. launches, discontinuation, cost, P&L review)
Update PO tracking file with any new PO's
Review A&P for the month and update YTG forecast for. Document any changes to CMF for compliance for Denture Care
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3 Years of related experience on Finance/Accounting and Business Partnering
College diploma – Administration, Business, Accounting
SAP proficiency
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
Computer literacy/proficiency on mainframe and stand-alone PC’s, with a superior working knowledge of windows software applications and system controls.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree with added knowledge of SAP
