Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer relationship management and strategic business development initiatives.
Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new customers and expand market reach
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and meet revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage key accounts through proactive account management practices
- Drive technical sales by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their value
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications
- Knows about the Real Estate Space
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Proficiency in account management and business development strategies
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive sales strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
