We are looking for an energetic, reliable and responsible individual to join our growing team at Assure to help with both administrative duties and occupational testing for our Occupational Health Clinic in Lloydminster. This is a part time position for the right person!
Administrative Job Description:
- Greet clients and make them feel welcome.
- Book appointments via phone, email or in person.
- Answer the phone and answer questions or direct to the right person.
- Email: Check email regularly and respond promptly.
- Paperwork: Give to clients to complete, complete your portion that is needed and make sure accurate for the testing and prepare paperwork for the next day.
- Results: Send results in a timely manner to clients and Collection Site Partners.
- Payments: Take payments as needed from clients for services.
- Update client information and paperwork as needed.
- Keep front desk, reception area and waiting room clean and tidy. Vacuum, sweep, mop, empty garbages and shred paperwork as needed.
- Keep track of supplies and inform the proper person to order supplies before we are out of products.
- Watch for physician reviews and laboratory results are back in a timely manner.
Occupational Health Technician:
- Testing: Audiometric, Spirometry, Respirator Fit, Hearing Protection Fit, Drug & Alcohol Collections.
- Complete appointments and paperwork in a timely manner and accurately.
- On-Site/Mobile testing, Afterhours, on-call rotation as needed.
- Equipment/Machines/Instruments: Perform calibrations, daily checks, maintenance.
- Inventory: Check supplies and give inventory list to proper staff member to order supplies.
- Maintain personal certificates.
All staff are expected to treat clients and other staff with respect & kindness. Experience and certification an asset but we will train and certify the right candidate.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
