Duties:
- Set up dies on Stamping punch press as required(Progressive die, Compound die, Combination die )
- Set up and adjust machine(50-500 tone) settings according to specifications
- Operate and monitor press machines to produce high-quality products
- Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment
- Monitor production process and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
-5-10 year of experience in set up dies for punch press.
- Previous experience as a press operator or in a similar role preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot common issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
