Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team to work alongside our Full-Time Chiropractor. We are hoping to have someone who is passionate about their personal development that would like to grow!
As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being. If you are passionate about helping others and have excellent communication and customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
What we are looking for:
-An individual who wishes to start as a part-time (10 -15 hours) , or as a full-time therapist (more than 16 hours a week)
- Perform various massage techniques including, deep tissue, sports, and relaxation
- Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy to retain clients
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Massage Therapist license to practice in Ontario, in good standing with the CMTO
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
