Overview
We are seeking a skilled Masonry Estimator/Project Manager to join our construction team. This role is pivotal in managing masonry projects of all sizes from initial estimation through project execution, ensuring accurate pricing, efficient project management, and successful client negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise identifying masonry issues to scope the root issues and determine the proper fix. Capture details using simple software to clearly outline the scope which can be followed by both the office and field staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex masonry projects, collaborate with clients and subcontractors, and contribute to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate masonry project estimates utilizing simple estimating software.
- Develop comprehensive project proposals including scope of work, pricing, material list and appropriate completion timelines.
- Manage all phases of masonry projects from bidding to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Oversee project documentation, change orders, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Lead project meetings, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future estimates and projects.

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients and vendors.
- Extensive experience in construction estimating with a focus on masonry projects.
- Proven project management capabilities including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards related to masonry work.
