Open Positions & Requirements
1. Sushi Chef
- Responsibilities: Craft high-quality nigiri and sashimi, oversee the sushi bar line, handle fish breakdown (cutting/filleting), manage ingredient preparation, and maintain strict hygiene control.
- Qualifications: Prior professional experience as a Sushi Chef in a commercial kitchen is highly preferred. Must have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication/teamwork skills.

2. Roll Chef
- Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of signature rolls, handle daily sushi bar ingredient prep, organize setups, and manage fast-paced orders efficiently.
- Qualifications: Beginners are absolutely welcome! Prior experience in a similar role is an asset. Must be fast-paced, reliable, and hardworking.
3. Kitchen Staff (Hot Kitchen)
- Responsibilities: Cook and plate hot and cold food items (appetizers and main courses), manage daily kitchen section prep, and maintain kitchen inventory and sanitation standards.
- Qualifications: Beginners are welcome! Prior commercial kitchen experience is an asset. Must be fast-paced, reliable, and cooperative.
4. Dishwasher
- Responsibilities: Operate commercial dishwashing machinery, wash kitchen cookware, and support general kitchen cleaning duties.
- Qualifications: No prior experience required. Must be honest, reliable, physically fit, and proactive.
